  • Leg Lock Fundamentals (30 min): Jeremy breaks down the basics of leg locks, including entries and control positions.
  • Advanced Heel Hook Techniques (45 min): Detailed instruction on inside and outside heel hooks, focusing on setup, timing, and finishing mechanics.
  • Q&A Break (10 min): Participants can ask Jeremy about techniques or training strategies.
