Seminar - Red Zone Knife Defence
Red Zone Knife Defence – Felipe Grez
“Red Zone Knife Defence” is a modular system of unarmed grappling based defensive tactics verses an edged weapon attack.
It was founded by Jerry Wetzel ( Centreline Gym) as a simple, practical way to understand how to defend yourself and survive an edged weapon attack. Various government agencies in the USA have taught and successfully used it as a no-nonsense, life-saving approach to dealing with the realities of a knife or edged weapon attack.
It complements your Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling-based training to increase your confidence and dramatically improve your self-defence and survival skills against an armed attacker.
Instructor Felipe Grez notes that the RZKD system is the most efficient and realistic approach to defending against edged weapons that he has encountered in over 26 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and frontline security work.
Join Felipe with an intro to the system with the team at Training Grounds on the 3rd of May 2025.
This is a perfect seminar to bring a friend. Don’t miss out, as numbers are strictly limited!
